The flat jet nozzles have been specially designed for applications requiring a flat and concentrated air jet. They exert a strong thrust with a low compressed air consumption, thanks to the Coanda effect, a peculiarity of fluid mechanics.
Usable alone, adapted on blowguns, or mounted on a blowing ramp, they are ideal for boosted blowing operations, but also for cleaning or cooling.
The integration of a solenoid valve with a flat jet nozzle improves energy efficiency by using compressed air only when necessary. This technology offers flexibility and precise control of air flow, reducing cycle time. It also simplifies maintenance and reduces associated costs. The air-saving blowing nozzles or boosted effect nozzles harness the power of compressed air to perform cooling, cleaning, or part ejection tasks.
They can be adapted to blowguns or used directly on production lines. They amplify the compressed air flow and create a high thrust while consuming only a fraction of the compressed air usually used by open pipe systems.

The NOVACOM air curtains allow to cool or clean large surfaces or the periphery of profiled elements with the circular air curtains. Their specific designs allow for an economical consumption of compressed air thanks to the Coanda effect. A reduced consumption of compressed air, for equivalent performance, also allows for a significant noise reduction, unlike traditional systems with open or perforated tubes. Available in single or double flow versions for more thrust force, they can also be used to create an air barrier to separate areas of different temperatures, or prevent cross-contamination.

All Novacom blowing nozzles can be mounted on the cylindrical profile with 2, 3, 4, or 6 outlets. These blowing ramps are available in aluminum or 316L stainless steel. Many combinations are possible.
