Gripping with clamps

When the environment does not allow gripping with suction cups, clamps can be used to remove parts from molds. The choice of clamp depends on the shape of the part.

Mark-free handling

NOVACOM advises against using silicone suction cups for handling parts to be painted or with a lacquered finish and offers non-staining material (MNT) suction cups. Bellows suction cups (series 1 and 2) are also preferred to compensate for height differences.

Shears

NOVACOM offers automatic pneumatic shears (series MR and MER) as well as manual pneumatic shears (series SC). Several criteria must be considered to define the choice of blade, such as the size, shape, and cutting angle of the sprue to be cut. For reduced clutter, the shears (series MG) are ideal.
